Spring Luncheon

This year’s speaker is Joseph Patrick McGill. Joe is the 90th president of the State Bar of Michigan and is a member at Foley, Baron, Metzger & Juip, where his practice includes complex litigation. Joe and his family are parishioners at Saints Peter & Paul Jesuit Church in Detroit; Joe is also a past president of the Catholic Lawyers Society of Metropolitan Detroit. Red Mass – Save the Date
This year’s Red Mass is Tuesday, October 7 at 6 p.m. at St. Mary Cathedral in Lansing. As usual, a banquet dinner will follow at the Cathedral parish hall. The awardee of the St. Thomas Award is Robert J. Muise. He is an American attorney who specializes in constitutional law litigation. Along with attorney David Yerushalmi, he is co-founder and Senior Counsel of the American Freedom Law Center (AFLC). Before launching AFLC, Muise was Senior Trial Counsel at the Ann Arbor-based Thomas More Law Center, a conservative Christian law firm founded by Domino’s Pizza founder Tom Monaghan.
